It's Official – PsyCare Ireland: Welfare and Harm Reduction CLG is Now a Registered Charity!

After a four year journey between different legal forms, evolution and revolutions we are delighted to announce that PsyCare Ireland is now officially a registered charity (RCN: 20206766)

This moment means so much to us. It represents the culmination of years of tireless effort, compassion, and community care. Since our journey began in 2021, we’ve:

Supported 624 guests across 17 festivals

Built a team of 130 trained volunteers

Delivered 24/7 psychological first aid, crisis intervention, and harm reduction education

And created safer, non-judgemental spaces for those most in need

Becoming a registered charity is more than a title—it’s a massive leap forward. It opens the door to greater support, increased funding opportunities, deeper collaboration, and most importantly, the ability to reach more people who need us.
